Click to pick a worker from your team. Move the worker to lift furniture in the messy house. Place the furniture in the designated area to clear the space. Keep going this process until the house is entirely cleared. After the house is cleared, tap the sell button to gain money. Invest the money to buy materials and build a new house. Pick a layout for the new house and see as it gets built. Enhance your workers' abilities to accelerate the renovation process. Finish more houses to unlock new stages and develop your renovation empire.
